Well church, I came

Well church,
I came in this Morning and the was giving my dad Meds in Pudding.
The Speech Therapy was there to and he could not swallow his Meds.
The Dr Came in and said they took X-ray of his Brain,and they are very concerned of his Brain for it has gotten weak.
He is up and looking around and looking at us but is not able to talk or swallow.
All in all he is being put on Hospice now
Me and my sister Agreed to have him in comfort Measures. As that’s what my dad wanted if any thing ever happens
